Hi,

All have side effects but if requirement is more to overcome symptoms of disease then you have to take it. You cannot stop thyroid medicines otherwise more problems will occur. Side effects varies from person to person. Acetyl cysteine is not recommended for delayed periods. It is mistaken, you can check with your physician again. Join 'Art of Living' OMBW online course as the causes of all the mentioned symptoms of your diseases are stress and lifestyle. Remission rate is more than 60%.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
