Question: I had an HTA in March, no bleeding, no monthly menstrual periods at all, then about a month ago I started spotting on occasion, and every single time I wipe its either pink up to blood on paper. I also started having lower back pain the same time.

Brief Answer:
It is a normal finding.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
After an endometrial ablation it is normal not to have any periods for many months. There can be an irregular pinkish discharge as the endometrium gradually grows back. This is a normal occurrence and is not worrisome. The lower back pain that you are having is not related to the procedure. It can be a muscular pain that can eb relieved by mild pin killers, hot compress and rest.
