What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question: Hello Doctor,

I am facing problem in my stomach and as per advised by general physician i have completed one sonography of stomach abandon. Please find attached my report. It is showing liver has enlarged with Grade 1 Fatty infiltration.

One more Dr. has advised me to do Liver Function test, Sugar Fasting and Post meal test and last lipid profile test. I have also attached report here for your expert advised.

I understand your concern.
You have fatty liver but your sgot Sgpt is normal.
So not much to worry.
Worthwhile getting an anti HCV antibody done.
Also need to cut down on your dietary fat intake.
Reduce weight if excess.
Take high fiber diet like fruits and salads.
Go for regular walk. Avoid stress if any.
Avoid alternative medications if possible. Also avoid alcohol if any.
Can repeat liver function tests and lipid profile after 3mths and see how it is trending.
