Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Please do not give importance to the TORCH test.
It is no longer done or recommended.
It is not a reason for irregular periods.
Please let me know your menstrual pattern .
Are you married or sexually active ?
Do you have children ?
I can then advice what treatment you would need.
All the best.

Avoid pregnancy for 3 months after your miscarriage.
Then start taking regular 5 mg per day folic acid tablet daily and you can plan for your next pregnancy.
When did your miscarriage occur ?

Detailed Answer:
There is no infection.
Please upload the reports, but positive Ig G means that you have developed good immunity ( resistance ) and there is no real infection right now.
Pimples and irregular cycles are related.
You can get a pelvic ultrasound scan done and hormone tests to rule out PCOD ( Polycystic ovarian disease ).
Please consult a dermatologist for a good treatment regime for the pimples.
Take care.
