I understand your concern

Your ECG results indicate minor inferior polarization problem.
It is benign ECG finding that reflects how your heart resets under electrical activity.
It has no significance if you have not symptoms like chest pain, breathing difficulty.
But if you have symptoms then further evaluation is needed.
I would suggest to undergo cardiac 2D echo and stress test ECG to rule out any heart problem.
