What Do Hot Flashes And Sweating During The Night Indicate?

Question: I am 76yr old male with rh arthritis and I had four by pass surgery in 1998 I have two sour and swollen Brest started with left Brest then went to righ had mm gram foun nothing since then it has went too right brest I have been waking up with hot flashes and sweating a night. And some time in daytime I also have noticed my breathing has gotten harder and short of breathe my vision is also getting worse any ideas my dr said rub asper cream on Brest doesn't work thanks for your help.
