- right upper abdominal pain
- fever
- vomiting
- diarrhea

Hi back,
Yellowish liquid from your stomach is usually related with:
-galbladder issues
-stomach bug and biliary reflux
To my opinion you should start to use:
-PPI'S treatment
- antacids
- domperidone as a anti emetic drug
