What Causes Yellow Tongue,coughing And Dry Mouth?
Question: I have a yellow tongue and coughing a lot What does this mean also dry mouth

In my opinion, yellow colour coated tongue with dry mouth is seen in many conditions.
Commonly in vitamin deficiency status, oral thrush, stress, bad oral hygiene.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed multivitamin+tantrum mouth wash for 15 days.
Cough needs to be evaluated.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have asked for blood work ,chest xray, sputum analysis to detect the lung causes for cough.
echo test to rule out any cardiac conditions which
can predispose for cough.
Depending on the report, I would have treated you with antibiotics, mucolytics and antihistamines.
In case of cardiac conditions causing cough ,I would refer you to the cardiologist.
All these has to be evaluate d and treated by doctor.
So consult you doctor as early as possible.
Empirically you can take antihistamines with mucolytics + expectorant cough syrup which are
available.
