What Causes White Clitoral Discharge And Swollen Lymph Nodes?
Question: Hi. I have a white discharge coming from my clitoris and swelling. I also have a swollen lymph node that has been inflamed for over 6 months in my groin (in the crease of my thigh quite low down to the left of the entrance of my vagina). I also have a red rash that runs up my anus and makes the skin itchy, swollen and
sore. I do have little ulcers that appear on the skin around my vulva on the line of my pubic hair that come and go. they don't weep they just appear and disappear.
I may possibly have a skin condition called XXXXXXX XXXXXXX that affects my genitals, although this is still under investigation.
I have had lots of other symptoms also including muscle twitching, eye floaters and redness, significant weight loss, taste and smell issues, thoracic back pain, joint and muscle pain and much more. Do you think this is all related? Could this be an autoimmune condition, or something like candida or herpes?
I also forgot to mention I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck also for 6 months and have felt very generally unwell since all of this happened.
Once of my first symptoms was the skin flare, then anal pain, then issues with with gut.

First was the vaginal secretion microscopy and culture? Please get this done.
It looks to be inflammed regions both in the pelvic region. If the lymph nodes are also enlarged in the arm pit.
I suggest to get an FNAC (biopsy) of the lymph node as well.
Already your doctor would have blood report, urine report coupled with lymph node biopsy would give a diagnosis.
Candida and Herpes are all treatable and able to diagnose with simple culture of vaginal secretions.
With all body symptoms I could think of autoimmune disease.
