Brief Answer:
Suspecting a neurological condition requiring neurologist visit

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

i have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. One sided symptoms usually relate to neurological conditions, some of which can be:

+Multiple sclerosis
+Nerve palsy's
+Hughes syndrome
and a few others.

I would like to ask if:

1. You have any burning sensation anywhere (Especially on the face)?
2. Any swelling?
3. Any weakness?
4. Drooping of the affected side of the face?
5. Any difficulty in movement of the affected side of the face?

I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further.

Best wishes.
