Brief Answer:
UTI is likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.

Lower abdominal pain and nausea in young girls are most commonly caused by urinary tract infection. This may be associated with other features like increased frequency of urination and burning sensation on urination. This can follow sexual intercourse.

To confirm the diagnosis,we have to do an abdominal examination, and a urine routine examination. After confirming the diagnosis, this can be treated with antibiotics and analgesics for a few days.Kindly see your primary care physician. He will guide you.

Meanwhile, she can take acetaminophen for pain relief. Also, take plenty of oral fluids.

Hope I have answered your query.
