What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Abdominal Pain?

Question: I've been bleeding vaginally for 4 weeks straight very heavily and with large clots, I had my tubes tied in 2010. vie been weak and dizzy for 3 days and back and abdominal pain. Do I need to go to the ER or is this normal?

In most cases ti isnt indicating some pathology so I dont think this is an emergency if it last for 4 weeks but you should definitely see GP for start and check your red blood count and urine analysis. if there is sign of anemia, you should see gynaecologist and do ultrasound and hormonal tests to ruke out some more serious disorders.
