Brief Answer:
Postmenopaual bleeding should be evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. As I have mentioned in the previous answer, if you are postmenopausal , then postmenopausal vaginal bleeding can be due to senile vaginitis, uterine lining atrophy (senile endometritis), uterine lining hyperplasia, hormonal replacement therapy or cervical or uterine cancer.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get examined internally, investigated including pap smear. ultrasound and endometrial biopsy and get further treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
Regards
Dr Deepti Verma
