Brief Answer:
You need hormonal pessaries

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I understand your concerns about vaginal atrophy. This needs to be examined by a gynecologist.

Meanwhile you can use vaginal pessaries containing hormone estradiol ( not sure if they are available OTC). These improve the dryness.

Meanwhile you can also use over the counter available vaginal lubricants.

For long term improvement you can consider oral HRT along with vaginal suppliments.

Let me know if you need any more clarifications.

Dr. Soumya
