Brief Answer:
Rule out stress, tuberculosis. Has she taking food.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
I have gone through your query.
The symptoms are very vague. As you have mentioned she has recently lost weight, I would like to know whether she is eating well or not. As you have done lot of investigation and they have not revealed anything, I would like to know, is she having any stress, which she might not be reveling.

Is her haemoglobin level within normal range and her blood sugar is normal?

Tuberculosis can cause weight loss, so I would suggest you for sputum for AFB.

Hope this helps.
I'll be glad to help you with your further queries.
Take care.

the doctor did a normal blood teat to teat her sugar and that was fine.

Brief Answer:
Rule out TB

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Good to hear from you.
As you have mentioned about stress, that might be the cause, that need to be addressed. Is there associated vomiting.
Apart from this, as mentioned earlier kindly go for sputum examination for AFB to rule out TB. Based on this report we can consider next plan of management.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
