It can be physiological tremor
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing through HCM.
I have read your query and understood your concerns.
There are few possibilities for these tremors:
1. Physiological tremor [anxiety related]
2. Essential tremor
Other two are less likely
1. Resting tremor: these tremors occur when hands are at rest. These are Pill rolling kind of tremors. They are classical symptoms of parkinson's disease.
2. Intention tremor in which the tremors occur when a target is about to achieve on hand movement. [You can read about these both on the internet.
Answer the following questions:
1. Do you have tremors at rest?
2. For how long these tremors are present?
3. Do they start after some stressful event?
4. Do you have anxiety symptoms when tremors are present?
5. Do you have difficulty in walking, rising from bed?
6. Do you have developed slowness in your activities?
7. Do you have difficulty in balance while standing still?
8. Do you have difficulty in walking in straight line?
9. Do you have tremors while hands are kept straight, palms facing downwards and fingers outstretched?
Think over this and give answers to the questions.
Waiting for your reply.
Wish you good health.

Possibility is of pshysiological tremor
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing again.
As per your answers, I feel that possibility of resting tremor and intention tremor is ruled out.
It can be anxiety related physiological tremor as well as essential tremor. Both can be present together.
Both of the tremors can be easily treated with propranolol 20 mg twice daily.
In my patients I would have given inderal 20 mg twice daily and would have observed the improvement within a week. If there is improvement then It is essential tremor, but it worsens with anxiety then I would add clonazepam 0.25 mg twice daily to inderal.
Do not try these drugs without consultation to a doctor. Visit a neurologist and get evaluated and treated.
Hope I have answered your query. If you do not have further clarifications then close the discussion and rate the answer.
Wish you good health.
It won't be a major disease
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing again.
If not treated, it won't be a major disease but the tremors will go on increasing and you may have more difficulties in work. Tremors will become more coarse than current presentation.
So, I am suggesting you to take a visit to a neurologist and take drugs. It will be one or two drugs a day without major side effects.
