I have noted your symptoms. The most likely cause could be levothyroxine related. Please check your TSH, T3 and T4 levels, and get the medicine dose adjusted as per the reports.

If the thyroid blood tests are within normal limits, then, anxiety can also produce all these symptoms.

A small dose of clonazepam would help you.
