Brief Answer:
Transient elevation after food intake.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
There is only a transient rise in Blood pressure (BP) after eating any food depending upon salt content in the food.
The BP readings you are mentioning are under normal range. However, i would advise you to take low salt and low fat diet.
The best time to measure BP is in the morning when you get up.
However, BP can be measured any time provided you have been exerting.
I hope it helps.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

Brief Answer:
At present you don't have high BP

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
At present you don't have high BP.
You can stop measuring your BP daily.
Just keep a watch on BP once or twice a week. If it goes over 140/80 mmHg, write to me.
Symptoms of high BP are headache, anxiety, chest pain, palpitations.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

Brief Answer:
Anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Your symptoms are not because of BP issues.
You probably have anxiety causing all this.
I would also advise you to get Thyroid Profile done.
Review with reports.
