Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query.

If the pain is located only in your left arm and hand ,it can be related to a nerve compression in the arm (like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome ).
Considering your symptoms of tiredness ,low appetite, feeling cold or hot ,I would suggest to get thyroid function tested.
A thyroid dysfunction is very often associated with a nerve compression in arm (carpal tunnel syndrome).
I would suggest to consult a physician and get examined.A detailed medical history and physical examination are necessary.
Nerve conduction studies can determine if the cause of your arm pain is a nerve compression or not.
Thyroid function tests :TSH ,fT3.fT4 can confirm a thyroid problem that can be the cause of your symptoms.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any question.

Kind regards,

Thank you for your advice, I did have a blood test but the blood tests came back normal and just said I was low in vitamin d and my blood pressure was a hit low, I recently started taking vitamin d tablets so I'm hoping they will take an effect but I'm not sure. Should I get tested again and seek a different opinion? I had the blood test last week. I have a good and bad days, one day I will be full of energy but then the next I will be exhausted, it feels like flu symptoms but I don't have headaches or nasal congestion that goes with its, no sore throat or cough. Very strange...

Hello again.

If you have tested thyroid function and the result was normal ,then these symptoms are not related to thyroid dysfunction.
Vitamin D deficiency can cause symptoms of bone pain ,muscle aches , tiredness and low energy .In this case your symptoms will improve form supplementation with Vit D.Just give it some time to work.
If the symptoms doesn't seem to improve after some weeks of taking Vit D supplement ,you may need further investigations.
Since thyroid function tests are not part of routine tests ,just make sure that you have been tested and that your thyroid hormones are normal.

Hope it helps.
Take care.
