default
Posted on Mon, 16 Nov 2015
Question: I have tingles in my head and a slight dissiness when I turn my head to the right. Dissiness goes away in a few seconds, but the tingles stay (better when I sit up but always there). I have no other symptoms - gait, speech, knowlege, weakness). I do not get dizzy when I am sitting up.

Brief Answer:
an ENT evaluation is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having Benign Positional Vertigo.
I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an ENT specialist.
You can take Cinnarizine 25 mg for relief from your symptoms. Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by your ENT specialist.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
