Hello thanks for asking from HCM

You have Schizoaffective disorder and are taking Venlafaxine, Olanzapine , B-complex and Cinnarizine. Cinnarizine is an anti-histaminic drug and calcium channel blocker drug. It is used to improve cerebral blood flow and helps in improving vertigo, motion sickness etc symptoms. Probably it has been added by doctor in your prescription to increase drug delivery to brain. It has been used by a number of doctors to increase blood flow to brain in off label treatment.
Overall you are on good prescription for Schizoaffective disorder and these drugs are safe to use. Continue to take drugs as per prescription.

Thanks, hope this helps you.
