What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In The Feet?

Question: for about 4 weeks, now, my feet have a tingling/numbness which has moved up to my lower calfs
no pain and feet are not cold. Also, the entire skin of my feet feel like they're encased in leather.

Is there any back pain, urinary complains, diabetes, hypertension?
You should get examined by a neurologist.
Nerve conduction study may be required along with blood sugar, vitamin B 12, Thyroid profile, renal function and liver function test.
