Well. It's not quite pain. I think it it kind of started wen I could feel a "heavy" heartbeat Now it's turned into tightness in my chest when I'm slouched forward. The feeling, in comparison, has a similar feeling like right after you get startled or excited. It's not constant and I haven't been able to tell if anything brings relief. Today for example I was sitting in a crane and I had this feeling and became kind of uncomfortable. I got out and walked up a flight of steps and it kind of intensified and a fell short of breath. That when I started to investigate on the Internet.

Brief Answer:
I think angina

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I think a visit to a cardiologist is important.
I feel you are developing angina.
This is usually chest discomfort or heaviness that is not always a typical chest pain. It is usually on the left, but is also known on the right hand side. The symptoms increase when you are doing something, or are walking or are anxious, and improves at rest.

I therefore seriously would consider sending one of my patients to a cardiologist to rule our a cardiac issue before prescribing further medicines for pain killer.

If you feel there is something else, please let me know why you feel so. Maybe we are missing a symptom. But with that data, angina pectoris is a strong possibility.

I hope that helps.
