Brief Answer:
your pain is not likely due to heart trouble

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
Throbbing pain in middle of chest aggravated by postural change and breathing is usually due to local cause like muscular bony or sometimes due to lung infection.
I would like to know whether you have fever ,trauma ,cough or excessive exercise ?
Are you a smoker ?
Please inform me this detail so I can guide you better.
Meanwhile for pain relief you may take analgesic like Aceclofenac .
