Brief Answer:
It can be cholecystitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam,
I have studied your case and I believe that you are having cholecystitis. It is inflammation of gall bladder due to gall bladder stones . Other possibility can be of a muscle pull or rib injury. Before I advise you any thing I want to know few details.
1. Is there any history of trauma or sudden bout of coughing?
2. Do you have feeling of fullness when you eat fatty food? Do you think pain increases when you eat fatty diet?
3. What is your weight ? As this condition is more common in obese people?
Please send me answer of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
I would recommend you to get ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Hello madam,
I have studied your case and I would suggest you to get ultrasound examination of the right side of the abdomen to find out if any thing is abnormal. Most probably you are having hepatitis or enlarge fatty liver.
I would also suggest you to get liver function test.
Till you get your all investigation done I would suggest you to take tablet Pan D after discussing with your doctor. Avoid eating very fatty diets. try to reduce your weight if possible.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any followup questions.
thanks.
