Brief Answer:
Mostly URTI

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

It seems to be Upper respiratory tract infection (URTI).

I would like to know is cough associated with sputum and is it continuous cough?

If I were your treating doctor I would suggest you Levocetrizine 5 mg once a day before bed for 3 days.
Anti inflammatory medication like Ibuprofen 400 mg twice a day.
Nasoclear nasal saline drops, instill 2 drops in each nostril as many as time in a day.
Steam inhalation twice a day.
Salt water gargles twice a day.

If you will not feel better after 3 days then I suggest antibiotics like Azithormycin 500 mg once a day for 3 days. This is a prescribed medication.

Drink warm water. Avoid spicy, oily and cold food.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
