Brief Answer:
Wait for spontaneous recovery

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.

You are having testicular failure after mumps infection. We have to wait for spontaneous recovery. There are reports of correction of azoospermia even years after mumps infection. No treatment is possible at this time. Vitamin supplementations, vitamin E etc may help.

Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you

Brief Answer:
Analgesics

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Analgesics like Diclofenac or paracetamol will help in decreasing pain. Rest is advisable till pain subsides as it may fasten recovery.
