Brief Answer:
You should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Pain in left lower part of abdomen can be due to Left Ureteric stone or left sided colonic problem.
You should get an Ultrasound abdomen to confirm Ureteric stone.
If it is normal, then Colonoscopy has to be done to visualise the colon.
If both are normal, it could be musculo skeletal pain.
Regarding the swelling near the belly button, it could be Para umbilical hernia. The nature of the swelling is confirmed by Ultrasound abdomen.
Please consult your doctor and get investigated.
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
