Brief Answer:
Swollen lymph nodes in neck common in URTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hi , Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum .

Swollen lymph nodes in neck common in repeated upper respiratory tract infection (URTI).

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you

Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Macrolide Antibiotic azithromycin &
anti inflammatory analgesic Ibuprofen .

I would also advice xray Neck lateral view to rule out any neck bones disease & CBC.

If lymph nodes swelling doesn't decrease in 7 days , do FNAC (fine needle aspirator cytology) of Lymph node .

No need to worry ,you will be fine . Nothing serious .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards
