Brief Answer:
Related to herpes/HPV infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the query, attached reports and understood your concern.

Yes, the swelling is due to infection (herpes/hpv). These are lymphnodes that are swollen due to infection and will reduce in size once the infection clears. No seperate treatment required for this. If painful then NSAID like Ibuprofen will help. Continue treatment for herpes/hpv.

Fatty liver infiltration represents mainly about physical activities, body cholesterol level. It is commonly seen among over weight or obese people. Increase your physical activity. Daily 30 min exercise like jogging, swimming, aerobic and proper diet will help you to reduce fattty infiltration.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask if any further queries and I will be glad to answer them.
Wish you good health.
Regards
