What Causes Swollen And Itchy Spot Under The Tip Of My Penis?
Question: hi this is some what embarrassing ! I have an infection on my penis! not a good spot right it is under the tip and kind of wraps around it doesn't itch but is a little sensitive to touch, a little have had it for about a month. it is quite swollen also

it was caused I believe one working in XXXXXXX pants no underwear! rubbed it raw, then that night an old girl friend of my was talking rather shall we say erotic on the phone and after ward I did something I usually don't do (I masterbated sshh) well I have very rough hands because I make swords and knives as a hobby and a lot of filling metal, sorry this explanation is getting long, any ways that night I was determined to be satisfied , ( I wasn't) but the next day, it had swelled up pretty big. it doesn't feel like there is any fluid in there just puffy with a lump. the skin just below the head. I am circumcised and have never had any thing like this before. I don't have any way to send a picture sorry . if nothing else who would I go to, to look at it? I don't have a family doctor and I'm really not wanting to go to and urgent care type place!
