Hello
Thanks for query .Redness of the scrotal sac , swelling and pain in testicle id mostly due to infection of Testicles (Orchitis) .

You need to consult qualified General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Ultrasound Scanning of scrotum.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

In the mean while start taking antibiotics like Cefixime and Nitrofurantoin along with anti inflammatory medications like Diclofenac and Serropeptidase (Chymoral forte ) Twice daily .

You don't think I could have a Hernia? I noticed 1 of the symptoms of a hernia is a bellybutton that's enlarged, but i have put alot of weight on my belly area, which might cause that? Thank You for your time.

Brief Answer:
It is unlikely to be Hernia

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
Since both the testicles are swollen and tender It is unlikely to be hernia . However diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination and ultrasound scanning of abdomen and scrotum.

Thanks and Regards.
