Brief Answer:
Soft tissue lesion likely, kindly provide necessary more inputs please .

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
I evaluated your query thoroughly .
* According to the narration , there is possibility of soft tissue lesion as lipoma ,
lymph node enlargement or else but very less likely hernia
* Kindly provide me further inputs to focus in more depth over the issue
1. you can only feel or actually it is raised over the surface of the skin obviously
2. duration since noticed , progress since then ( slow or fast )
3. bulge - type , consistency ( soft / hard ) , movement in relation to underlying
structures , overlying skin changes if any
4. any change in size when you cough / compress ( goes inside or remain as
such)
5. exact location in lower abdomen in relation to pubic bone
6. compare size when standing , sitting , lying down , coughing & tell the
difference if any noticed
7. single / clumps of 3-4 small small clumps
8. any other swelling / bulge in body seen as abnormal
9. bowel / urinary discomfort
10.any history of trauma / insect bite over that part
11.high resolution photograph ( if seen over skin surface bulging & if no

5. above and off to the side
6. cannot feel unless i am laying down
7. one clump
8. no others
9. no discomfort
10. none
11. cannot see it right now

Brief Answer:
Differential diagnosis remains lipoma or developing hernia,Ultrasound recommended

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for all the details precisely .
Differential diagnosis remains lipoma or developing hernia
I strongly recommend to get an Ultrasonography of abdomen & pelvis done .
* Location in relation to scar of the surgery as an infant ( whether just below
scar , above , right or left to it )
* Any noticeable change in size after work out
* Can you dip your fingers through the bulge inside your abdomen or can just
feel the soft bulge no gap inside it any more
* Currently constipation present , after travel any discomfort or pain over that
region ? if you have to strain for stool any discomfort over bulge ?
Regards .

Thank you -
Location is above and to the right (the area is right inside my pelvic bone and upwards)
No noticable change after working out
I am not really able to dip my fingers into the bulge - it pushes down when i press into it
No discomfort when i strain and no noticable pain/discomfort
It does seem to lessen a bit after a bowel movement (i dont have them very regularly - never have)

Brief Answer:
Most likely Lipoma , can take ultrasound examination by appointment .

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear
* The diagnosis goes more in favor of lipoma ( collection of subcutaneous fat )
* No worries at present , no medicines required
Take ultrasound examination by appointment with radiologist & can consult later
with the report
