Brief Answer:
Looks like cellulitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX It looks like Cellulitis or infection of the subcutaeous tissues of wrist and forearm.
Is there any fever or numbness in the fingers?
You need to continue the antibiotics and I would also advice such patients to keep the limb elevated and put glycerine solution over it and wrap it up from hand to elbow in a gumze roll followed by a Crepe bandage dressing for 3 to 4 days. She also might require anti inflammatory medicines as adviced by your Doctor.
Take care.
