What Causes Sweaty Palms, Palpitations, Light Headedness?

Question: Hi, I am having sweaty palms, palpitations, lightheadness, warm sensation around shoulder area, irritable bowel syndrome for last 5 months. Seen cardiologist, I was told I don't any cardiac issue and was put on Bistolic 2.5 mg. seen by endocrinologist, female hormones are ok, A1C 5.9, have PCOS. I am taking Metformin 750 mg. I was also cleared by neurologist and CT of head negative. I am still having above symptoms almost everyday. Any suggestions to what might be causing these symptoms. They are very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

- GERD (acid reflux disease)
- Anxiety and stress

As long as cardiac examinations and hormonal levels were within normal range cardiac issues have been excluded and you shouldn't worry about heart induced arrhythmia.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations:
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy
