Question: last evening a friend give me ride home and suddenly I could not speak and lost control of movement for a couple minutes after getting out of vehicle and then every thing return to normal

This is a concerning event. It sounds like you had a TIA, a transient ischemic attack. This is similar to a stroke but it resolves completely soon after symptoms appear. People that have TIAs are at risk for stroke. You need to see your doctor or go to an urgent care as soon as possible for further testing and to evaluate and treat any stoke risks that you may have
