What Causes Sudden Fits When Diagnosed With Panic Attacks?

default
Posted on Thu, 19 Jan 2017
Question: My granddaughter will be 21 in February. In April she had her first seizure. Her muscles tighten up, her mouth locks, her skin on her arms and legs are hard and her hands clinch. She can only move her eyes. Her breathing is restricted. She has had a variety of tests and a 24 hour study at a hospital. The neurologist said it was not epilepsy but panic attacks. Since July they have increased and on occasion has gone three weeks seizure free only to return. She is aware of everything happening and is exhausted when they are over. She had 5 in a row when she here the other night.
