Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be due to any serious cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir

As you have mentioned in your previously that you have been extensively investigated which included Sleep study, Thyroid profile, 2 D echocardiography. this almost rules out any serious disorder as cause of your symptoms.

The reason for your symptoms could be possibly the following

1. Psychosomatic disorder: It is the mental state which usually results in symptoms which cannot be explained due to any organic cause

2. Stress and over indulgence in your symptoms : The more you are worried about your symptoms, more likely are that the symptoms worsen.

3. Chronic fatigue syndrome

First and foremost let me reassure you that things seem to be good , as there is no organic cause.

I would suggest you the following lifestyle modifications which will definitely benefit you in long run

1. Avoid consumption of caffeinated beverages / carbonated beverages

2. Completely refrain from smoking/alcohol

3. Its advisable to go to bed at fixed hour. Meditation before sleeping will be highly beneficial

4. Early morning brisk walking : Early morning brisk walking for 30 minutes releases Endorphins which gives a sense of good feeling

5. Consume plenty of oral fluids

6. Oral Multivitamin and Vitamin D supplements used empirically will be beneficial

7. Also kindly have evaluation by ENT Surgeon to rule out nasal /sinus causes

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance ,w ill be glad to assist you

Take Care
