What Causes Strange Tingling Sensation On Left Side Of My Head?

Question: Hi, I have been having a strange tingling sensation of the left side of my head, on my temple. Sometimes it travels to the top of my forehead. Not really having any other symptoms. It has been happening for 5 months. Not getting any worse (or better). I do a lot of yoga/back bending so in a way hoping I just pinched a nerve. Any other ideas what this might be?

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with this clinical history,I would have suggested to rule out the following common causes for the same:
1)Anxiety
2)Cervical degeneration or Cervical spondylosis
3)Diabetes
4)Trigeminal neuralgia
5)Addictions like Alcohol and Tobacco intake
6)Vitamins deficiencies
7)Calcium and magnesium abnormalities
8)Thyroid abnormalities
9)Drug history-Please mention if you have any specific drug history?

Please get these investigations done:
1)X-ray cervical spine(AP and lateral view)
2)Blood sugar(fasting and post prandial)
3)Serum calcium and magnesium
4)Thyroid function tests

Management:
Meanwhile please start doing mental relaxation exercises/Yoga/meditation.
Start taking multivitamins tablets.
Tab.calcium and vitamin D to be taken.
