Question: why my stomach been hurting in the navel area,when I go to have BM.i only pass marble like stool,just a little.then pain goes away.then comes back.why?

The problem you are facing is called Constipation.Our stomach has its own enviroment called as intestinal flora.Gut flora is the complex community of microorganisms that live in the digestive tracts of humans,The intestinal microflora is a complex ecosystem containing over 400 bacterial species. Anaerobes outnumber facultative anaerobes. The flora is sparse in the stomach and upper intestine, but luxuriant in the lower bowel.Due to old age and many other factors this flora of gut is deplished and lead to various problems with digestive system including loose stools or constipation along with pain in the gastric area.
I would suggest you to start stool softener like Lactulose 10ml once daily with half a cup of water before going to bed.This will make you stool soft.Once copnstipation is relieved you will feel much better and the pain will go away;along with lactulose start taking probiotics.

Probiotic contain a variety of live active bacteria cultures that aid in digestion. Lactobacillus acidophilus is one bacterium that aids digestion in the small intestine. Lactobacillus acidophilus also produces vitamin K, which is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps your blood clot, or coagulate. It has also been found to improve lactose digestion and reduce lactose intolerance symptoms.Another beneficial bacteria in probiotic is bifidobacterium lactis, which improves digestive comfort. Bifidobacterium lactis helps your digestion and has been shown to reduce symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.Streptococcus thermopohilus is another beneficial bacteria in probiotic . Streptococcus thermopohilus bacteria fight lactic acid bacterium that can impede proper digestion of your food.

Advice
Lactulose once daily (as per advice of gastroenterologist)
Probiotic twice daily for 21 days
Ultra sound abdomen to rule out any pathology.

Apart from medicines following should be done-

-Take two tea spoon isphagula husk with 200 to 300 mL water once while going to bed every day.
- Increase XXXXXXX warm water intake
- Eat small meals ,Avoid eating outside for few days ,Try to eat vegetable,Take a lot of curd along with food.
- Eat plentiful "fresh oranges" and "pear "
- Avoid COLD milk and and AVOID junk food(NO burger , pizza-even if its veg.)
- avoid beverages / alcohol/ soft drinks
- do some exercise (push-ups / squats etc) early in the morning
- avoid carbonated drinks
- take 2-3 spoon edible virgin olive oil in the morning
