- I have taken Rajma, Chapati & Golden gram last night which made it worse. I follow fixed diet plan (which I have previously mentioned), I have changed it since last week but there is no relief. Thats why I think It might be not because of my diet.

I have started taking "Animal Flex" (a supplement for joints) 2 months back but I am not taking It since last one month for precaution. I take 25g "ON Whey Protein" daily which I am taking since last 2-3 years.

8. Any history of anemia.
- No

Brief Answer:
Detail Follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Since you have chronic loose stools associated with Pain abdomen, i would keep the following two possibilities:

1. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Diarrhea Predominant).
2. Malabsorption syndrome like Celiac disease / Lactose intolerance.

I would advise you following:
1. Upper GI endoscopy
2. IgA Anti TTG Antibody
3. Stool examination for ova, parasites.
4. To take a combination of drug like Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day.
5. To try diet free of dairy products for a few days. And see the response.
6. Also try gluten free diet (avoid wheat , barley, rye and oat) and notice any relief.

Review with the reports and your observation following the dietary pattern 5 and 6 (Both at different times). Like to observe 5 for 5 days and then observe 6 for 5 days starting back on dairy products.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
