Brief Answer:
Ultrasound and hormone profile testing

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam thanks for trusting health care magic.

In my opinion you have entered menopause but this bleeding after 6 months is a little bothersome.

You should ideally get a pelvic transvaginal ultrasound and hormone testing ( FSH&AMH) to see if menopause has set in or not and also if there is any lesion in uterus or cervix which is causing this postmenopausal bleeding.

In case both hormones and ultrasound are normal then it is your period which has come just like that and is a part of perimenopausal transition only.

If your hormones are in menopausal range but ultrasound is normal then repeat ultrasound after 6 months.
I hope I have answered your question but in case you have other questions I will be happy to help.
