Question: I have twin daughters 2 years 2 months old and they didnt start talking. Please advice

Thanks doctor. I didnt read any stories to them or i didnt talk with them much. I realised they are not understanding the language. They started walking early in 8 months and they dont sit in one place. If i talk to them now they are not listening. Will the speech therapist help us to solve the issue ? Please advice

Apparently they have achieved normal milestones when it comes to their playing habits, able to walk on time, etc.

However, I would like to ask a few questions like

1. Do they react or respond to the sounds from TV, XXXXXXX phones, or traffic?
2. Have they ever had any ear infection?
3. Did you suffer from any infection during pregnancy like measles, toxoplasmosis, or cytomegalovirus?
4. Did you take any medication other than iron and folic acid during your pregnancy?
5. Any other family member or children in the family having a similar problem?

Kindly provide the requested information so as to draw a conclusion.

They are intertested in watching rhymes.if i switch on the tv they just come in front of tv wherever they are.
No they didnt get any ear infection
No i didnt get any infection
I was taking only citranatal multivitamin
No other children has this problem.

Now i stopped giving food on time. They are taking me to kitchen if they are hungry.
If i say sometimes they repeat words like shoe, banana, and apple. Not always
They dont play together.
When they are born they didnt sleep properly snd they are vomiting. Sleeping schedule changed after a year.
My concern is because i didnt teach them anything how will be their brain growth ? They may be able to learn in future or not.kindly help
.
