What Is The Reason For Having A Torch Test Done?

Hello doctor, I want know abt torch test as I ave done my test n in tht toxoplasma lgg is reactive 564.0, toxoplasma. Igm is reactive 0.74 , rubella lgg reactive is 14.5 ,rubella Igm non reactive 0.41,cmv lgg reactive 811.6 and cmv Igm non reactive is 0.46 n in my case I had pregnacy in 2013 in tht I had premature baby in 7 month and he was in nicu for month but didt survie and den I again conceive in 2 months but baby didt grow so I had to go for missed abortion so nw I ave done all bit test as my doctor as told all r normal but want advice on this

TORCH test is done to find out the cause for problems faced by growing fetus and likely problems encountered by baby after the delivery. In case there is positive results for any component of TORCH test necessary action can be done in most cases.
