Brief Answer:
just relax

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for query.

Over use of hip muscle or sudden jerk movements can lead to sudden muscle catch which some time even leads to tendon injury which causes pain over buttocks, thigh, groin.
Do not strain much at least 2 weeks. Regular yoga practice can really help you a lot.
Take medication as advised in previous query.

If the pain is persistant or else any swelling you can take x-ray

Get back if any query
