Brief Answer:
Sounds pretty normal

Detailed Answer:
The many changes your body is going through such as nausea, sore breasts, frequent urination, all sound normal to me. It's time for you to visit a library on line or in person. Look for What to Expect when you are Expecting. There are on line sites for normal pregnancy timelines. Nausea, for example, usually gets better around week 12.
Pregnancy and motherhood can both be pretty frightening. Are there older females that you were close to that can give you some guidance? Perhaps ther. is a nurse available to you at the prenatal clinic? You are certainly not alone and it's time to reach out for support. Good luck.

Brief Answer:
Symptoms change over time

Detailed Answer:
As the uterus enlarges it rises from the pelvis in to the abdomen and urinary frequency decreases until very late I'm pregnancy when it squashes it again in the pelvis.Breast tenderness is highly individual and also usually abates. If however you mean you aren't feeling pregnant- no nausea, no edema, no lightheadedness or fatigue then it might be time to visit the doc and have an ultrasound done. Once a fetal heartbeat is detected, your risk if miscarriage is under 5%. Pregnancy hormone, HCG, drops after six weeks so there isn't much point in checking that. I hope everything is fine, and I apologize that I misunderstood your concern.

Does the pregnancy strip we use at home indicates the hormonal levels r strong or not???

Brief Answer:
HCG begins dropping at six weeks.

Detailed Answer:
HCG is helpful in following early pregnancy and as a tumor marker in pregnancy related malignancies. It does not help sort out what's going on beyond six weeks of gestation. You need an ultrasound.
