What Causes Small Bumps On Lower Abdomen After Taking Mucinex For Cold?

Question: good afternoon I have seasonal allergies and the only thing I changed was I had a a cold medicated with mucinex for a week then about 2 days later discovered little bumps on my lower stomach. they have since then spread to what you see below. they itch like CRAZY!!!!! what could they be?
