Brief Answer:
Needs urgent care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Shortness of breath on exertion with chest paina t the age of 81 with diabetes and blood pressure history should not wait till XXXXXXX to call the doctor and immediate visit to ER be done to rule out any acute change in EKG and managed quickly. If clear then congestive heart failure symptoms can be managed conservatively till tomorrow morning.

Go to ER, have an EKG done, if clear then no worries, it can wait till tomorrow to call your doctor. I would strongly recommend bed rest till then and not trying any exertional activity till then. I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
