Brief Answer:
It could be a postural hypotension

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The symptoms that you are experiencing could be due to postural hypotension, an entity occurring when the Blood pressure falls on immediately standing from the sitting posture. This occurs when the BP is low an also due to some cardiac condition. Another condition that can cause this symptom is anemia. Anemia can occur when there is a low hemoglobin and can lead to weakness which manifests as symptoms that you are experiencing. This can be ruled out by getting a blood hemoglobin tests done.
You should consider meeting your doctor and get your BP, blood sugars, blood hemoglobin and cardiac activity checked (ECG / echocardiography).
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
