Brief Answer:
need further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Common causes of such shortness of breath include heart problems like decreased heart function or anemia. Also, lungs problems like restrictive lung disease in view of obesity needs to be ruled out.

Considering your stress test was normal, you'll need further investigations chest X-ray (PA view), and echocardiography, if not done already. You'll also need hemogram, liver, and kidney function tests. These investigations should lead to a diagnosis and can be treated accordingly. Meanwhile do monitor the BP frequently and it should not be more than 140/90 mmHg.

As of now, you should consume low salt diet, fluid like water tea coffee etc. should be restricted. Also, have a low-calorie intake in order to promote weight loss.

Hope this helps you and feel free to get back if you have any doubts.
Regards
